a. Medium Term Loans

The medium term loans are repayable over a minimum period of 2 years and a maximum period of 5 years after a moratorium period which shall be aligned with the project rollout or gestation period.

b. Long Term Loans

The long term loans are repayable over a minimum period of 5 years and a maximum period of 7 years after a moratorium period which shall be aligned with the project rollout or gestation period.

NBM Development Bank Loan

The minimum amount of capital financing you may seek from NBM Development Bank is MK50 million and the maximum is MK500 million.
